Many organizations struggle with incident response. To help with that we’ve created a tool that helps formalize and simplify the first four steps in our traditional incident response process.

These steps are:

• Determining if there is an incident or just a series of events.
• Performing the initial investigation
• Classifying the incident in terms of its potential impact.
• Notifying the appropriate personnel and assigning incident handling responsibilities.
