FRSecure’s mission is to fix a broken industry.  Things tend to seem a little jumbled in the information security industry due to different perspectives, approaches, and styles. On top of that, we lack the talent necessary to help us fix these things. We are committed to helping reverse the challenges and barriers for entry into our industry.

To help do so, we host a free 13-week CISSP training and mentorship orgram every year where we assist those who want to earn their CISSP certification to prepare for the test required to obtain it. Our founder, Evan Francen, and our Director of Consulting Services, Brad Nigh, are the volunteer instructors for this class and hope to not only help attendees pass the exam, but also to provide meaningful examples of their industry experiences.

I interviewed Evan to ask him some questions about this CISSP training, his thoughts, and why FRSecure makes this significant investment in people.

You can register below if you are interested in attending this CISSP training and mentor program.

    Hello,
How did the spring CISSP Mentorship program go and do you have any plans for offering a summer or fall program? Any other forums FR Secure sponsors or recommends for those who want to get deeper into Cyber Security?
